Reservations
We recommend that you use our Online Reservation page to submit your reservation. Alternatively, a form for making a reservation is available to download at the bottom of this page. Early reservations are advised as many retreats fill to capacity very quickly.
Day of Prayer
You may make a reservation for a day of prayer by phone weekdays 12:30 p.m. — 3:30 p.m. (Mountain Time), or by using the reservations form. No deposit is required.
Weekend Retreat
You may make a reservation for a weekend retreat by using our Online Reservation form or sending a filled-out downloaded form via regular mail. Deposits may be made through the online reservation form, by phone using a credit card, or by mailing a check to the reservations office.
Private Retreat
You may make a reservation for a private retreat by using our Online Reservation form or sending a filled-out downloaded form via regular mail. Deposits may be made through the online reservation form, by phone using a credit card, or by mailing a check to the reservations office.
Individually Directed Retreat
You may make a reservation for an individually directed retreat by using our Online Reservation form or sending a filled-out downloaded form via regular mail, the same as for a private retreat.
The Spritiual Exercises Thirty-day Retreat
We require an application and letters of recommendation for the Thirty-day Retreat. See the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius page for more information.
Costs and Deposits
Deposits secure the reservation and are non-refundable but apply toward the total cost of the retreat. You will receive confirmation of your reservation either by postcard or email.
Prayer Days
The recommended contribution for a prayer day is $65.00. There is no deposit for prayer days.
Retreats
The recommended contribution for retreats is $130.00 per night per person. The deposit is $50.00.
At the time you make your reservation, you’ll be asked to give a $50 non-refundable deposit (or $100 non-refundable deposit for 30-day directed retreatants). That deposit goes toward your total cost for the retreat. The cost of retreat is $130/night/person. Your balance is due before you leave the Retreat House. WE DO NOT KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON FILE. You must either pay your balance online using our Donate page or by visiting the Reservations Office to pay your balance by check, cash or credit card. Thank you.
We aware that there are those who wish to make a retreat for whom the full recommended contribution is not possible. Please come and know that you are very welcome even if circumstances allow you to give only a portion of the suggested offering.
We would like to know if, for health reasons, you have special needs; if so please indicate this in the appropriate space on the reservation form.
In keeping with national health trends, smoking is not permitted in any building at Sacred Heart Jesuit Retreat House.
