The Thirty-Day Spiritual Exercises
The Thirty-Day Spiritual Exercises are a month-long period of prayer, silence, and spiritual direction. It is highly recommended that one make at least one silent eight-day directed retreat before making the full Spiritual Exercises.

The Thirty-Day Spiritual Exercises can be made year-round, depending upon space and director availability. The cost of the Spiritual Exercises retreat is $3,900 (deposit included).
